I had Jill as an instructor and she was really good. I never thought I would spend money on learning how to dance for my wedding but it does make a difference. I never really paid attention at the first dance at weddings because it is boring. After looking for a videographer, I decided I should take some lessons because my husband and I just know how to dance side to side. Jill gave us tip to make us look great. I would have to say that it was a great team building exercise for the both of us and I would want to take more classes if I had the time and money. We only got 5 classes and include our mother/son and father/daughter dance for 20 minutes so we can have a different dance. My dad originally didn’t want to do it but I think he had fun afterwards. One lesson with my dad was not enough but we manage on the wedding day. I would definitely recommend people do take classes to not only look great at your wedding but to spend time with your fiancé and learn how to as a team as a couple.
We took a package of 5 lessons a month before our wedding and we were thrilled with the results! At first, we were a little apprehensive because neither of us had ANY dancing experience and we weren’t sure we’d be able to pull together any kind of routine in just 5 lessons a month before. But Jill was extremely patient in working with us and created a routine that was easy enough for us, but with enough flair to make it interesting. She was very reassuring and supportive the entire time! We enjoyed taking the lessons because it was a nice getaway from the hectic month before planning. And we practiced it so often with Jill and at home, that when the time came, it was like second-nature! We didn’t tell anybody we were doing a dance, so everybody was amazed and cheering! We know the dance was one of the highlights of our wedding for all of our guests. Thank you again for helping us make our special day that much more special! We enjoyed the lessons so much, we are thinking about taking more lessons- just for fun!
Bella Ballroom was the perfect choice for learning our first dance. We decided to get dance lessons with only a few weeks left before the wedding and we were thrilled with the level of dancing we were able to achieve in that minimal amount of time. Jill was our instructor, and she worked with our schedule and within our budget to give us memories that will last a lifetime.
We decided to take dance lessons for our first dance and it turned out great! Jill was a blast to work with. We are planning to go back just for a date night. It’s a ton of fun and I highly recommend Bella Ballroom.
My husband and I took lessons with Tayler at Bella. She was amazing! She was a great teacher, was patient and pushed us to be the best we can be. She listened to the vision we had and made it come true. We felt supported and encouraged and totally prepared for our big moment. My fiancé and I just finished up our last lesson before our wedding in a week. We showed up about a month before our wedding for a consult. Just 2 months before our wedding, we decided winging it was a bad idea! So we decided to get some quick dance lessons and we are so glad we did!! It was one of the best decisions we made! Taylor was a great teacher and we felt so much more comfortable on our wedding day! We decided 5 lessons would be enough to at least learn some basic steps to use, we didn’t want anything too fancy, but we ended up learning so much more than I anticipated! Almost our entire dance was basically choreographed, with some spins and dips in between basic steps. Highly recommend!
My wife and I learned our wedding dance from Joel. He was very create and adaptive to our abilities. I recommend anyone getting married to use Bella ballroom!
