Jennelle is a great instructor. Kind, patience, caring. Always discussing the finer points. She gives you good sound advice on “How to Dance”. Takes it slow, reviews steps until it’s clear. Introduces new steps according to your progress. Always has a smile for you. Very friendly and caring. She is wonderful, the best teacher around.
My husband and I took lessons with Jennelle before our wedding. We both are horrible dancers and years ago I even envisioned a wedding without dancing. We took 5 lessons with Jennelle and not only were we totally comfortable dancing in front of our closest family and friends during our first dance…having all those eyes right on us…. but also we are now so comfortable dancing that we are always amongst the first out on the dance floor. Jennelle was super sweet and SO normal. We didn’t know what to expect and after seeing some other instructors at the studio we are so glad that we went with her. My parents ended up taking lessons with her and then my Dad and I did a few classes together as well. It helped so much. Without Jennelle we might have been quite the comedy routine during our attempts to dance! The other thing was that we told her that we didn’t want to be super cheesy and choreographed like other couples I’ve seen…she was totally able to make that happen. I highly recommend her.
Our first wedding dance was exciting, entertaining and most of all, FUN!!! We booked 16 lessons with Jennelle and started off learning some Salsa. After a few lessons, we selected the theme song from “Dirty Dancing” to be our first dance. After 8 or so lessons, my husband and I were able to get through the first minute and a half but we realized that an easier song may be less stressful for us to perform. It also meant not having to buy a 2nd dress for my wife. Fortunately, Jennelle was more than willing to switch to an alternate song and supported us by selecting a hit by Michael Buble. She taught us how to dance Rhumba and Cha Cha to it including some entertaining dips! Jennelle always had a positive attitude and cheered us on 🙂 Thanks to her expertise, personality and dedication to us to excel, our first dance went over smoothly and was a blast!

My husband and I had a GREAT experience with Bella Ballroom! We were there for our first dance lessons. Our instructor was Megan. Both of us had no dancing experience before but Megan was very patience and made it a fun learning experience for us! I had an awesome five-session deal with Tayler. She was very patient, encouraging, and easy on the eyes. She taught me how to Dougie, moonwalk and hustle among other things. I recommend her all the time. Great teacher!
I won three free lessons for Bella Ballroom with Jennelle at a bridal event. Both my fiancé and myself are not what you would call “experienced dancers”. My idea of dancing is jumping a little with my hands up. My fiancé’s idea is standing still while I jump around. Jennelle was super sweet and only laughed once (but with us, not at us). We may not be on So You Think You Can Dance? Next season, but I think everyone will be totally impressed that we are actually dancing at our wedding. I’ve never really enjoyed dancing before, but after our first lesson I could see why people think it’s fun. Thanks Jennelle!
