Hyatt Regency Newport Beach
The Hyatt Regency of Newport Beach has 26,000 square feet of space for wedding ceremonies ranging from the intimate family gathering to the extravagant party. Both indoor and outdoor event areas are available for every part of a wedding including the wedding ceremony, reception, and farewell brunch. Wedding couples who get married at the Hyatt Regency will be assisted by a wedding specialist who can help coordinate all the details of a couple’s special day. Additionally, couples that get married at the Hyatt Regency are treated to a complimentary suite for their wedding night. They also have access to block room rates, customized wedding packages, personalized menus, and more.
The Hyatt Regency of Newport Beach lists six different event spaces available for holding celebrations. The Back Bay Amphitheater has a capacity for 1,000 people and features a brick pathway, a white trellis and a venue that overlooks the Newport Back Bay. The Plaza Ballroom is lit with golden glowing sconces that create an elegant environment. The attached Plaza Arbor is accented with a water fountain, a canopy, and lovely landscaping. The Plaza Ballroom and Plaza Arbor have a capacity of 450 people. The Oasis Courtyard is paved with stone and surrounded by landscaping making it dreamy for a wedding ceremony or an outdoor cocktail party. The Terrace Ballroom and Promenade holds 200 people and offers views of Newport Bay. The area is surrounded by a partially enclosed promenade and offers privacy. The Garden Patio is an intimate space adorned with greenery and pretty lighting and holds 100 people. Finally, the Garden Room features a working fireplace for intimate ceremonies and is accented with French doors and windows.
The Hyatt was the perfect place for us to tie the knot! The venue was beautiful, the staff, especially Christeen, were easy to work work, and the guests had a wonderful time! We were beyond thrilled with how everything turned out! From all of the planning meetings, to the food tasting,and managing the little details, the Hyatt was so accommodating, flexible, and organized!
