The Fashion Island Hotel of Newport Beach features venue areas that support wedding celebrations ranging from an intimate family ceremony to a grand reception of 500 guests. Wedding services include a wide spectrum of amenities. Wedding couple’s can enlist The Island Hotel to plan and coordinate their reception events. Couples can customize their reception menu with flexible catering culinary options and an onsite pasty chef for personalized wedding cakes. Additionally, newly weds will be provided with round-trip transportation to the beach for photos as well as a complimentary wedding night suite. The bride and groom can seek recommendations for entertainment, photography and special services from the Island Hotel and can rely on the Hotel’s knowledgeable and experienced staff.
Venues at the Island Hotel include the Ballroom, the Yorba Room, and the Cabana Room & Terrace. The Ballroom is the largest ballroom in Newport Beach offering 8,710 feet of space for up to 660 guests. The Ballroom’s extended pre-function area features fine art, mood lighting, and a bar that allows guests to socialize during cocktail hour. The Yorba Room features an atrium area with high ceilings, skylights, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The regal room has doors opening onto a private terrace great for cocktail receptions and additional room for guests to catch some fresh air. The Cabana Room is an oasis-like space with Murano glass chandeliers, ornamental art panels, abundant light, and a 1,360 square-foot alfresco terrace. Folding glass door panels invite guests to enjoy the heated patio area with lush landscaping.
We recently had our wedding at the Island Hotel and I have to say the entire staff made our entire planning process so seamless and perfect! The staff and service at the Island Hotel was flawless and we could not have imagined our wedding day anywhere else! Everyone is extremely kind, friendly, helpful and overall a pleasure to work with.
